NEW DELHI: Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, who has been weak for long, was admitted to AIIMS on Monday, starting concern which saw PM Narendra Modi alongside a few others racing to the organization. Vajpayee, who has been confined to bed since 2009, has been experiencing lower respiratory tract contamination and kidney-related issues.

In a late night articulation, AIIMS said the previous PM has been "determined to have a urinary tract disease" for which suitable treatment is being given and a group of specialists are nearly observing him. Sources in AIIMS portrayed the state of BJP stalwart as "basic", with his sole kidney and lung performing at their most minimal limit.
