US facilitates migration standards considering COVID-19: H-1B holders, Green Card candidates get 60-day beauty period to submit document

Washington: The US government has given an effortlessness time of 60 days to H-1B visa holders and Green Card candidates, who have been served sees for accommodation of different reports, taking into account the novel coronavirus pandemic.

As indicated by the announcement, the USCIS will consider a Form I-290B got up to 60 schedule days from the date of the choice before it makes any move.
